This is a photo record of the trail maintenance session held at Castle Rock State Park on October 21, 2006.
The Trail-Boss returns to the TM sessions after missing two months due to a herniated disk (no relation to trail maintenance). He is not allowed to move those huge rocks just yet -- leave that to Ken and Kevin. He is also to go easy on hoeing and scraping, so he takes his camera along.
Today's task is to finish up work on the Loughry Woods Trail.
We park at Summit Rock parking area and head down to where the crew left off the previous session. That's a bit past the “switchback from hell”.
